Purpose
To develop a residential neighbourhood at the entrance to St Priest close to the Lyon Technology Park.

The aim was to develop a new type of home in the Lyon area offering high architectural and urban qualities.

Sustainable development concerns were naturally a factor here, making the Hauts de Feuilly a showcase for the use sustainable development criteria in this type of home construction project.

Total surface: 27,700m2 TNFA
- 117 individual homes
- 6 small apartment blocks (81 homes).

Progress status
The last construction programmes are now being marketed.
