Purpose
The economically-oriented G-Sud development project will, upon completion, offer 40 Ha (100 acres) of land.

The programme aims to develop some 117,000 sqm TNFA of mixed and tertiary activity space, and a service hub that combines hotel facilities and amenities for companies and their staff.

G-Sud promises to be an opportunity for prime quality land space to meet the ongoing demands of industrialists and entrepreneurs.

Progress status
Conceptual studies and land acquisitions are currently underway.
