The development of Les Gaulnes industrial park in the towns of Meyzieu and Jonage is one of the flagship projects for the urban Lyon area and is a key part of the strategy to house businesses in Greater Lyon.

Of the 109 transferable ha, 90 are to be sold immediately in an initial development phase (work nearing completion) and 19 ha mid-2008 to mid-2009 to enable delivery of the entire site by the end of 2010.
